Are there monthly fees?

Website development is typically a one-time charge. Domain registration, hosting, database services, third-party tools, and optional maintenance may involve separate ongoing charges. We'll discuss those costs upfront.

Will I own my website?

Your agreed-upon project deliverables and ownership arrangements will be documented before development begins. Hosting accounts, domains, and third-party licenses will be discussed separately.

How long does a website take to build?

Timelines vary based on the package, functionality, and materials needed. I'll provide an estimated timeline before beginning your project.

Can I request changes later?

Absolutely! Every package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional updates and ongoing maintenance are available separately.

Do you build custom applications?

Do you accept trades for services?

Yes. I'm open to discussing exchanges of website development for other professional services, especially local home improvement and repair work. Every proposal is evaluated individually.

$99+/month

Starting plan: up to 90 minutes of small updates per month and monthly workflow checks. Complex systems require an agreed support scope.

Monthly update time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new features, emergency support, and third-party bills are outside these plans and quoted separately. Response times and the final service scope are agreed before enrollment.

Hosting and infrastructure depend on the solution, usage, and provider terms. Commercial projects are assessed individually; free hosting is never assumed.
